Terms of Use
1. What this is
Britannia Tarot gives tarot readings. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.
2. Entertainment only, and this one matters
Readings are for entertainment and reflection. They are not advice.
Nothing here is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and nothing here predicts the future. A card is a prompt to think with, not a fact about what will happen. Decisions about your health, your money, your legal position or your relationships should be taken with a qualified professional, and a reading is not a reason to delay speaking to one.
If you are struggling, please talk to someone who can help. In the UK, Samaritans can be reached free at any hour on 116 123.
You must be 18 or over to use this site.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Give us an email address you can actually receive mail at — it is the only way to recover access.
One account per person. We may suspend or remove accounts used to abuse the service or to script it.
4. Fair use
Do not automate readings, and do not use the site to generate readings on behalf of other people as a service of your own. Free readings are limited per day; do not try to work around that limit.
5. What you write
Your questions stay yours. We store them to run your journal and, if you ask for a longer reading, we send the question to an AI provider to have that reading written — the privacy policy sets out exactly what happens to it. Do not put other people's personal information into a question.
6. The artwork
The card artwork is in the public domain and is credited on our credits page. Everything we have made ourselves — the written interpretations, the site itself — remains ours; please do not republish it wholesale.
7. Availability
The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available. We are not liable for anything that follows from using it, and specifically not for any decision taken on the strength of a reading.
8. Changes
These terms may change as the site grows. Continuing to use it after a change means you accept the new version.
